Find what’s costing you MRR, and ship the fix

An AI agent that finds every drop-off

For small SaaS on Stripe. It joins Stripe, your product analytics and GitHub, ranks every funnel problem by the dollars at stake, and opens a pull request for the biggest one. You approve it.

Why MRR drops are hard to explain

Stripe shows your MRR. Your analytics shows clicks. They don’t line up.

So when revenue drops, you spend hours digging through Stripe, events and the database.

And you still can’t say which product problem costs the most.

How Mendloop finds it

One loop across the funnel, from drop-off to fix

Mendloop connects Stripe, your product analytics and GitHub, then watches every stage: landing page, signup, activation, paid conversion and churn.

What changed
41% of trials stop at CSV import
At stake
About $1,210 of MRR a month

One fix, start to finish

For the biggest leak, Mendloop asks the users who dropped off, writes a hypothesis and opens a draft pull request. Nothing merges until you approve it.

  • Ranked by dollars

Every problem is sized in MRR, so you start with the biggest one.

  • Failed payments apart

Expired cards aren’t counted as people who chose to leave.

  • Says when it isn’t code

If the problem is pricing or fit, it tells you instead of opening a PR.

Today’s tools, and where Mendloop fits

Revenue tools show that MRR moved. ChartMogul says its AI can’t take actions yet, and PostHog says a revenue finding is almost always an investigation for a person. In the tools we checked, none ranks product problems by dollars and opens the fix.

Common questions.

What founders ask before they connect Stripe and GitHub.

What does Mendloop do?
It connects Stripe, your product analytics and GitHub, finds where users drop off across the funnel and ranks each problem by the MRR at stake. For the biggest one it asks the users why, writes a hypothesis, opens a draft pull request with the fix and checks whether the metric improved.
Which tools does it connect?
Stripe with a restricted key that can read but not write, PostHog, Mixpanel or GA4 (or your app database), and GitHub.
What do I get on day one?
A revenue leak report from the data you already have: MRR at stake by cause, failed payments kept apart from cancellations, the top three problems ranked by dollars, and the numbers that don’t match between Stripe and analytics. Pull requests come once you approve one.
Will it change my code without asking?
No. It opens a draft pull request, and you or the product owner approve it before anything merges.
How does it treat failed payments?
As their own problem. Expired or declined cards are kept apart from people who chose to cancel. One founder on Indie Hackers found about a third of their “lost” accounts were card expiry (Apr 2026).
What if Stripe and my analytics don’t match?
It matches customers by email and IDs, and lists the ones it can’t match instead of guessing. Several Stripe accounts are kept apart so revenue isn’t counted twice.
Is a dollar ranking proof of the cause?
No. Usage data shows what happens together, so each problem comes with a hypothesis, the answers behind it and, after the fix, a check on whether the dollars moved.
How is it different from ChartMogul, Baremetrics or PostHog?
Those show that MRR moved, and ChartMogul says its AI can’t take actions yet. Mendloop ranks the product problems behind the move by dollars and opens the fix as a pull request.
What if the problem isn’t in the code?
If the issue is pricing, product fit or a finance question, it says so instead of opening a pull request.
